Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Elijah Running Club Race Training Program. There is no maximum age limit.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL participants are strongly encouraged to check with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program. Those who have pre-existing health conditions must have a doctor’s approval before Part 2 of the Training Program starts.
To ensure your racing success, participants are advised to attend all of the training sessions. Attending the program consistently and implementing the training provided will greatly increase your success and enjoyment of completing your race and achieving your fitness goals.

Please Note: Race Registrations for 5Ks, 10Ks, marathons, half-Marathons, or any other races are not included in ERC training registration. Training participants have a $10 OFF discount applied to the Faith & Fitness Race included in their training registration please see an ERC representatives for details.
